Our comprehensive warranty is extended solely to the original purchaser for one year from the date of purchase. The Warranty is NOT transferable. In certain circumstances, it may be possible the extend the warranty period of specific products by making an additional payment to Unitracker for an “Extended Warranty”. Should you wish to enquire about extending the initial 12 months warranty period, please contact of Customer Service team for further details.
For 12 months following the date of purchase of any Unitracker product; we will repair or replace any defective product, or a part thereof, which has failed whilst in normal use. The defect must have been caused either by defective material or poor workmanship at the time of manufacture. The warranty does not cover loss, damage, or theft. Any attempt to open or take apart the device (even if you believe it to be defective) will immediately void the warranty.
If you believe a defect in material or workmanship exists with your Unitracker product, please contact our Customer Service Team at 01274 214834 for assistance. Charges will apply if we are asked to inspect or repair a product based on a warranty claim and it is later discovered that the product is out of warranty, damaged, misused or has been tampered with. Your tracking services may be suspended until the service charges have been settled in full.
